Children’s Day Camp for Artsakh Refugees

Displaced from their homes in Artsakh as a result of the 2020 Artsakh - Azerbaijan War, refugee families fled to various regions of Armenia including the small village of Kasakh just north of the capital of Yerevan.

The families in Kasakh are from all over Artsakh. Some families are from regions to which are unsafe to return. Other families are from regions now under Azerbaijani control and will not be able to return home indefinitely. ARC will continue to support each family according to their needs until they can live comfortably, establish stability, and are self-sustaining.

Project Info

In November 2020 through ARC's coordinated efforts and local contacts, refugee children from several Artsakh families were able to enjoy a day of fun activities and games.
