Business Development
Helping with business development has taken on various shapes and forms. ARC has stepped in where there was a need to help individuals with the business development that best suits their skills. The purpose of providing business development support was to provide a way for the individuals to have a steady source of income. To date, ARC has helped 75 individuals with developing a business. Beekeeping
Argam was already raising bees and had 2 hives in his care in his village. ARC provided 4 more hives for him to raise more bees. He is now able to sell the extra honey supply to bring income for him and his family.

Farm Animals
For those living in the villages of Armenia, their main source of income is farm work. Raising sheep, chickens and cows are a skill they have already developed for their own needs. Additional animals allow the families to see the extra eggs, milk, yogurt, etc on the market. ARC was able to provide farm animals to over 15 families in villages across Armenia.

Barbershop
Refugees from Artsakh were forced to move to Armenia proper in 2024. They were forced to leave their homes and jobs behind. This refugee was a barber and ARC provided the tools and furniture needed to set up a barbershop in his apartment to see clients and work towards a better future.
